Escape Rooms for a Stag Party

Are you and the lads regulars at pub quizzes? Or are you the type that shouts at the TV when watching an episode of Tipping Point? If this sounds like you then stay glued to this piece because we’ve got the perfect stag party activity for you. Here is Escape Rooms for a Stag Party!    So, “what is an Escape Room?” we hear you ask. Don’t worry, it’s not like it was in the movie. An Escape Room is a fun game where your team of 6 are locked into a room for 60 minutes and you’ve got to use your wits and brain power to complete puzzles and challenges in order to get out before the time is up. Sounds fun, right?   But let’s get into why exactly an Escape Room would be the perfect activity for your stag party. This is Escape Rooms for a Stag Party!   Time Limit = Competition Having a time limit hanging over you will get your tensions to rise and will stress you out. If you’ve got a group that’s bigger than 6 then it’ll be split into equal teams and you’ll all be trying to get out faster than the other teams. This all adds to the fun because the more stressed you get, the more likely you are to make mistakes. The trick is to stay calm and level-headed and you’ll get out quicker.   Plenty of Fun You’ll have plenty of laughs when trying to figure out the puzzles and you’ll have plenty of moments where the answer completely evades you leading you to have some more laughs between the group when it eventually hits you.   Get Your Thinking Hats On Taking part in an Escape Room is probably not recommended when fighting a hangover. You’ll definitely need your brain to be at the top of its game. Be ready for cleverly worded puzzles, riddles and more because the aim of the game is to keep you locked in the room as long as possible so you’ll need to stay on your toes in order to get out.   Great For All Group Sizes You’ll enter the room in teams of up to 6 lads, but don’t worry if your group has more than 6 guys attending. You’ll simply be split into teams. This can make the fun even better as you battle against the clock to see who can get out of their room first.   Plenty of Themes There are so many different themes to choose from and this guarantees a new experience each time. Themes range from robbing a bank, preventing a crime to defusing a bomb and so much more!   Teamwork = Bonding If you’ve got a few lads on the stag party that have never met before then they’ll quickly become acquainted in an Escape Room when they come together with the common goal of trying to get out. Perfect bonding session!   Escape Rooms are a great idea for a stag party activity and they’re fantastic for so many reasons! We also have Escape Rooms included in our list of activities in some of our Stag Party Packages (Killarney, Limerick, Westport, etc). So check those out if you want to get an Escape Room included in your stag party plan.     For more great tips and info on Stag Party plans check out our website and follow us on Facebook!

Put the pedal to the metal as you try to beat your mates in a race for the ultimate bragging rights.   Paintballing Paintballing is an activity that pretty much lets you shoot your friends in the name of fun. Arms with a paintball gun, ammo, a face mask and protective gear, you’ll be split into teams as you attack and defend your position in a Capture the Flag style. Prepare to be bruised, lads!   Quad Biking How does some off road Quad Biking sound? Yep, you’ll get to take the quad up the side of a mountain or through a muddy river in this activity. Bring some spare clothes because nobody gets out of this one clean. It’s great fun and is a great idea whether you have experience on a quad or not.   Pitch and Putt Pitch and Putt is a great alternative to a game of Golf. It’s a laugh from start to finish as you see how many shots it takes you to get the ball in the hole. Channel your Happy Gilmore, lads. It’s all in the hips!   Shooting and Archery Are you a fan of Rambo? How about Robin Hood? With Shooting and Archery you can try to be like both of them. It’s a quick way to get the adrenaline dialled up to eleven!   Ziplining Fancy flying through the air like Superman? Well you can! Tethered to a cable with a very secure harness, you’ll be suspended high above the ground. Looking down will get the adrenaline pumping and will add to the thrill of it all!   Bubble Soccer Get ready for a lot of laughter as you try to play a game of soccer while each of you wears a big bubble. Emphasis on TRY. It’s not easy when all you can use are your legs. Everything else will be inside the bubble and the slightest bump from another play will send you tumbling over. Mad craic!   Zorbing Not many things sound like more fun than rolling down a steep hill in a giant bubble. That’s what Zorbing is and it’s a lot of fun. You don’t feel a thing inside the bubble which makes it even better!   So lads, if one of these outdoors activities sounds good to you then send us an email on info@stagparty.ie and we’ll be glad to help you get it sorted.   Also, don’t forget to check out our website and follow us on Facebook for more Stag Ideas.

Planning the Perfect Stag Party

Have you got a Stag Party coming up and need to plan it? We know how much of a headache planning a Stag Party can be. From making sure everything goes right to trying to take everyone’s budget into consideration. It can be a bit of a hassle. But it doesn’t have to be. That’s where we can help! At StagParty.ie we’ve got over a decade of experience with Stags and we know how seriously lads take planning the perfect Stag Party. They can see it as their time to shine and of course they want to get it right. So that’s why we’ve come up with this guide on Planning the Perfect Stag. Let’s get straight into it!   Choosing the Location The location is probably the most important part of planning the Stag. Ideally you’ll want to choose a location that’s not too far away. Not everyone will want to travel for half a day to get to the location, especially with a hangover for the return journey. So take that into consideration. There are so many locations all over Ireland so you’ll definitely find somewhere relatively nearby.   The Cost Another very important part of the Stag planning is the cost. Remember that not everyone can afford flashy weekends away due to financial responsibilities at home. Try to find a nice balance so that everyone can make it to the Stag Party. If the Groom wants them there then try to make sure they can all make it. Shopping around with hotels, transport options and activities will be a big help to the cost.   Transport Finding a way to travel to the location is also very important. All of you travelling and arriving together will ensure that no man gets left behind. Once you’re all there then the party can get started. We recommend looking into hiring a private bus and share the cost among you, or look into public transport. Public transport wouldn’t be as comfortable but it might be the cheaper option.   Group Size Now let’s get to the numbers side of things. The size of your group can have a drastic effect on everything from your mode of transport, the cost, your accommodation, and even the activities you do. So we highly recommend trying to get an accurate number of lads going on the Stag. We see it all the time, lads say they’ll go but then drop out last minute. A deposit can ensure that they’re serious about going and will give you a better idea on the final number.   Accommodation The accommodation is vital for the lads to catch some Z’s after the long day and night of partying. Whether it’s a flashy hotel, or a budget friendly apartment, you’ll have plenty of choice for booking accommodation.   Games (Optional) Games are optional, but we do recommend having a few ready just in case things get a little quiet half way through the night. From talking in a foreign accent to trying to chat up a group of girls by pretending to be super boring. It can add another level of fun to the Stag.   Activity Finally we have the activity. There are so many activities to choose from. The types of activities available depend on your location so check those out before you book the location.   So lads, this has been our guide to Planning the Perfect Stag. Follow this guide and you’ll get as close as possible to the perfect stag for your group. If you need more information or maybe even a helping hand, pop us an email on info@stagparty.ie and we’ll be glad to help.     You can also check out our website and follow us on Facebook for more Stag Party ideas and tips.

Stag Party Activity Ideas

If you’re looking for a great activity to include in your Stag Party celebrations then look no further. StagParty.ie are here to help and we’re proud to be able to share our tips and ideas with you. If it helps to ensure you get the best Stag Party possible then that’s a win-win for everyone, right? So today we’re going to give you some ideas to consider when choosing your Stag Party activity. So let’s get straight to it, shall we? Here are our Stag Party Activity Ideas.   Paintballing Lads, Paintballing is an incredible activity! You’ll be split into two teams and you will take part in a number of fun games. Not only does it bring a lot of fun but it also brings a lot of fast-paced antics. Run around the area running and gunning your mates, or plan your approach and use your smarts to take them out. The choice is yours. But it’s about as close as you can get to a real life version of Call of Duty. We’ve all played it at some stage lads. So now’s your chance to reenact those gaming moments and see who really has the best aim, quickest reactions and best strategy.   Quad Biking If you’re looking for an activity that’s great fun then Quad Biking is the one for you. You’ll get wet and mucky as you ride through rivers and through muddy areas. For the best experience, get your aunt or grandmother to light a candle and pray for rain lads. The muckier the terrain, the better the activity will be! It’s not so much a race around on the Quads, but the guy that’s last will literally eat dust so it’s always a fun battle to try to stay near the front of the pack. It’ll help you to avoid being the dirtiest lad in the pack. But either way, we highly recommend a spare change of clothes for this one!   Booze Cruise Are you heading to a location that’s located near a river or by the coast? Then this activity is perfect for you! Get the party started early as you set sail on a Booze Cruise. Have a few drinks as you listen to quality music, socialise with the lads and then head back to dry land to really get the party started. A Booze Cruise is the perfect option for the lads that just want to head away for a session with their mates. It also doesn’t get much classier than doing it on a boat, does it? Just remember to pace yourselves, lads. There’s a long night ahead yet and nobody wants to babysit on a Stag Party.   So lads, these are some of our best Stag Party Activity Ideas. Let us know if one of them sounds ideal for your Stag Party. All you have to do is pop us an email on info@StagParty.ie and we’ll be glad to help you get your activity booked!     Also, if you want more tips and ideas for your Stag Party don’t hesitate to check out our website and follow us on Facebook.

Stag Party Games Ideas

Stag Parties are all about having the craic and giving the Groom one last big night out with the lads. From choosing the big things like the right location and activity to smaller things like games, where to eat and drink, etc. it can all get a little bit stressful. That’s where we come in! StagParty.ie knows all there is to know about Stag Parties so why not let us help you plan it all? Today we’re here to tell you some of our favourite ideas when it comes to Stag Party Games. They can be great fun and a different game could be chosen for each pub you go to. So here they are lads. These are our Stag Party Games Ideas.     Mr. President So this one is pretty simple. We’ve all seen the movies where the president is being escorted by his agents and suddenly one of them talks into his wrist and they’re all on top of the president to keep him safe. That’s the idea here. The president in this case is the Groom. Designate one of the lads to be the “Wrist Whisperer” and when you all see him talk into his wrist you must all run towards the Groom and form a tight circle around him. It adds even more laughs if he’s completely oblivious as to what’s happening so keep him in the dark on this one lads.   Mr. Boring Get ready to feel really awkward. The aim of this game is to get one of the lads to approach a group of ladies and try to chat them up for at least 5 minutes. But the catch is that he needs to pretend to be as boring as possible. But don’t be rude lads, it takes the fun out of the game if the ladies get offended. If he succeeds and lasts the full 5 minutes he gets a pint. If he loses then he must buy the Groom a pint. It’s a great game, all in the name of fun of course.   Freeze! Channel your inner Drax with this one lads. It’s a really simple idea, but if someone in the group stops doing what he was doing and suddenly stands very still then everyone else must stay perfectly still as well until he carries on moving. The last guy to stop moving has to buy the first guy a pint. So make sure to keep on the lookout lads! The people in the pub you’re in will think you’ve all gone mad.   There are so many great games you could choose for your Stag Party. But these are some of our favourites that we think will add a lot of fun. Not only will they be fun for your group but the people around will also find it funny and might even join in. Either that or they’ll think you’re all gone mad.     So lads, if you’re looking for more tips and ideas for your Stag Party then check out our website and follow us on Facebook.

Stag Party: What Not To Do

We all know Stag Parties have a reputation for being wild and great fun. We’ve all heard stories of the antics that the lads can get up to on Stag Parties, but sometimes those stories go a bit too far. Nobody wants to be remembered for being ‘That Guy’ on a Stag Party so we’ve come up with a few things to avoid. These will make sure you stay on the right side of the stories. So here’s What Not To Do on a Stag Party.   What Not To Do - Getting Too Drunk Drinking is one of the main steps in most Stag Parties and it’s sometimes an all-day thing. But drinking all day isn’t for everyone and there’s always that one guy that gets too drunk too early in the night - sometimes even in the day time. This is definitely something you should try to avoid because nobody wants to be a babysitter on a Stag Party. Pace yourself and you’ll be absolutely fine.   Going Overboard On The Expenses We all want to have the most fun that we possibly can, right? But sometimes people think that to have the most fun you have to spend more money. That’s not always true. We see it all the time! Sometimes the Stag Parties that keep things nice and simple are the ones that have the most fun.
